Netherlands Government Scholarship for International Students

The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs is accepting applications from international students to Study in Holland under a Program called Orange Knowledge Scholarship OKP Programme. The OKP Scholarships is meant for International Students to pursue Short Courses and Masters Degree Programs in universities in Netherlands . The Scholarships will cover all the expenses to study in the country for free, and the Duration for Master Degree Scholarships is for 12 to 24 Months & for Short Courses in the Netherlands is 12 Months.

  8. Law, Public Administration, Public Order, And Safety
  9. Teacher Training



Eligible Countries

The Students from the following Countries are eligible for the OKP Master Degree Programme Scholarship & Short Courses such as:

Jordan ,, Kenya,Lebanon ,Liberia, Mali , Mozambique ▪ Myanmar ▪ Nepal ▪ Nicaragua ▪ Niger,Nigeria , North Macedonia ▪Sudan ▪ Suriname , Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Uganda, Vietnam, Yemen, Zambia ▪ Zimbabwe. Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Bangladesh ▪ Benin Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sri Lanka,Bhutan ,Bolivia , Burkina Faso , Burundi, Cambodia , Colombia , Congo (DRC) , Cuba ▪ Egypt , Ethiopia , Georgia , Ghana , Guatemala , Guinea , IndonesiaBelgium, Benin, Burkina Faso,  France, Haiti, Luxembourg, Madagascar, Mali, Monaco, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Switzerland, Togo, Burundi, Cameroon, Canada, Chad, the Ivory Coast, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Vanuatu.


The Scholarship will cover the expenses of living in Netherlands such as:

  1. Full Tuition Fees
  2. Visa
  3. Travel
  4. Insurance
