S.C. Higher Education Tuition Grants Commission is managing the South Carolina Need-based Grant Program for students appearing an independent college or university. The purpose of S.C. Need-based grant is to provide extra financial aid to South Carolina’s students who need a study fund to support their college education.
Students across the United States have an opportunity to win up to $3,000 in financial aid.
